I am truly saddened by this senseless waste of life. My deepest sympathies to all of Omar’s friends and family. Please help to make this the last time that this deadly defective car kills people. This was no accident, it was caused by Tesla’s defective suspension causing the wheel to snap off and the car to swerve across the road. Peace and love Keef

It has been years since I have worked with Omar. We often joked while waiting for GI cases. I had the pleasure of working with him at Aventura. His love for his family was apparent whenever he talked about you as he gleamed with pride. I am so sorry for the tragedies that your family has endured and I pray that God gives all of you peace and strength.
