Bob was a dear friend of my father (Vince Ravenna) and also mine. He always had a perpetual natural smile. His yearly Christmas cards and occasional phone conversations always brought me great smiles and a reminder of the friendship he shared with my father. Blessing to all who love him! Shoot some of those stars up there!

As the Post Commander of American Legion Post in Miami Lakes, I am honored to have known Bob for nearly 10 years not just as a member of our Post but as a friend. He was loved by every member of our Post, and his ever-present smile and jokes were the life of our meetings. We talked often in between meeting dates, as we lived pretty close to each other and I always reminded him to call me if he ever needed anything. He always handed out his beautiful and funny Christmas Cards to all of our Officers. Bob #1 as he was known to our members (there are 2 other members called “Bob”) will be sorely missed by all of us. We will certainly be at his Memorial Mass. Rest in Peace dear Brother Bob #1, and safe travels on your way to Post Everlasting.
