Roy “Pepsi” Lewis, age 78 of North Miami Beach, Florida, passed away August 29, 2023. He was born in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica on May 25, 1945 to the late Cyril and Amy Lewis.
He was also preceded in death by his sisters: Valda Gayle and Chebeta Barham; brothers: Glaston Lewis and Trevor Lewis; daughter, Carlene Brown and son-in-law, Kelven Brown.
Roy is survived by his wife of 55 years, Hyacinth Lewis; brothers: Leford Lewis and Herman Lewis; children: Patrick Lewis, Rivelino Lewis and his wife, Angalee Lewis, Alkie Lewis Ximinies and her husband, Phillip Ximinies, Muhammad Lewis and his wife, Marsha Segree-Lewis and Heather James and her husband, Jeremiah James; grandchildren: Shaina, Le’Andrew, Deanna, Nalani Selena, Carl, Kevon, Tracie, Terell, Dominique, Taurmesia and her husband, Albert, Rivelino Jr., Tyler, Christian, Roy K., Rushawn, Phillip Jr. and his wife, Madison, Xerian, Mikhaela, Mayah, Janiah and Jeremiah Jr.; 29 great-grandchildren; beloved uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service to be held on Friday, September 15, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 1 :00 PM at Grace Church of the Firstborn, 14900 NE 16th Avenue, North Miami, Florida 33161.
