He was the best brother [my only brother] that anyone could have. We did everything together as children and as teenagers. He had a very full life and he loved all that travel and the good freinds that he made around the world.
He will be missed.

He was an amazing man full of interesting facts and stories. I loved our road trips so I could listen to his stories of his funny experiences (and there were lots). So many wonderful memories I will cherish.

He will be greatly missed. Love you Uncle Scotty.

Scott has been a very good friend for many years. I really enjoyed his company when travelling with him to different IPA events, i also visited him in Florida whenever i could and stayed with him as he made everyone feel at home. He loved hockey and we watched it a lot together when i was visiting. He was a wise man, very respectful, discreet and dedicated to the IPA and Police family. Sincere condolences to his sisters and family.
I will miss you my good friend Scott, may you rest in peace. Denis Nadeau Past National President IPA Canada
