Sofia B. Aguirre, age 93, of Pembroke Pines, Florida, passed away April 3, 2025. She was born in Oriente, Cuba on September 30, 1931 to the late Bibiano Arevalo and Fe Espinosa.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Braulio Raul Aguirre, her brother, Omar Arevalo and her grandson, Adrian Aguirre.

Sofia is survived by her sons: Antonio A. Aguirre and Armand A. Aguirre and his wife, Denise; grandchildren: Jennifer Aguirre, Carolyn Aguirre and Armand Aguirre, Jr. and great-granddaughter, Sophia Aguirre.

Visitation to be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, with Prayer Service at 8:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 1600 N. University Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.

Graveside Services to be held at St. Raymond’s Cemetery, Bronx, New York.
