On Thursday September 8, 2022 Stephen Joseph Rozak (Polka Boy) passed away at age 78 in Hollywood Florida. Stephen was born in Chicago II. 

Beloved son to the Late Stephen and Olga Rozak. 

Loving Father of Christine, Stephen (Kelli) Rozak, Cynthia (Brent)Wokral, Joseph Rozak, Thomas (Linda) and the late Deborah and Catherine Klechak 

Loving Brother of Celeste (Bruce) Shake and Rita Rozak 

Dearest Grandfather of Stephanie, Mark, John, Nicolette, Ashley, Kayla, Claire, Ryan, Chase and many great grandchildren, cousins, nieces & nephews. 

Dearest friends of Jerry Hogan, Sonny Mc Clamrock, Marianne Bacino, Lou Ann Patellero, and Anne Siok. 

Steve loved spending time with his family and friends, watching old movies, listening to music, and going fishing, especially his annual trips to Watersmeet, MI. Steve always had a smile on his face and loved to make others laugh. He had an “Outstanding” appetite which no one could match! He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
