Susan Shelly La Vecchia was born on June 16th, 1948 in Oceanside, NY. She met the love of her life during algebra class in Oceanside High School. Not soon after, she and the love of her life, Angelo Ralph La Vecchia, got married in the year 1967. She became a loving mother of two boys and with teamwork, sweat, and the undying feist of her determined personality, she and Ralph built a long and beautiful life in South Florida together. Susan had a heart filled with deep compassion and care, which she showed by unconditionally loving others and continuously finding ways to help both the human beings in her life and the furry friends she loved most. She was a family woman from the very beginning which is still largely apparent in the love that lives on in her remembrance.
