My condolences go to all family and friends of Tahnee Lehmann.
I have known Tahnee for about ten years. I am a transplant from New York as well.
We shared a family of friends such as Al, Alex who moved back to New York, Angel, Mike and dozens of others who all found Tahnee to be a classy person, and very personable.
I ran into her a few months ago at the beach with her friends and she did not look a day over 30, and will most likely be remembered by all as someone who is quintessentially young at heart. I miss her very much and will always have fond memories of her.
Respectfully,
Richard Cohen

Tahnee was a pure & true light in this world in such need of it. She brought more than happiness into people’s lives. She brought pure joy into the lives of those she touched. Tahnee was a stunning, intelligent, & independent woman that, with her heart of gold, would give the shirt off of her back to a friend in need, in a heart beat, without hesitation. I shall miss her fierce. I pray that we celebrate her life, as majestic & magnificent as it was, as she was. She and I had lost touch and reconnected through a mutual friend recently. It was as if time had never passed. I am ever so grateful for the moments we shared. She was my friend, my sister, my hero! Tahnee is proof that angels walk among us. Yes, she was Christian, and I can attest to her love for the Lord, from our conversations and the glow in her eyes when she spoke of God. My thoughts, prayers, & tears are with you.

I first met Tahnee while working with her at a law firm in New York. She was always that person when you became friends with, you knew you will be friends with her for ever. She was a loveable person, especially with animals. She always been good to everyone she came across. Her door was always open any time or any day, no matter what time it was. I feel I lost that special friend. Someone I could open up to and not to be judged. Florida and New York lost a good person. To all her family, you will always be in my thoughts and prayers. To Tahnee, thanks for the great times. It has been a great ride. The ride will never stop. You will always be on it.
God bless you all
Love,
Chris

My deepest condolences go out to you all on your loss of Tahnee. My memories of Tahnee go back to our high school years. Her bright smile and happy personality energized all of us around her. Her quick wit made laughter fill a room. No matter weather we were at school, on the bus to another football game, at the roller rink or just out and about, she was always fun to be around.
For me, her memories live on. God bless you all.

Anna, Anita, Rob, Nancy, and Didi, I can’t begin to tell you how sorry I am for everything you are going through right now. I do know Tahnee would not want you to grieve her passing but rather celebrate the memories you have of her. I know she is smiling down on you now. There are reasons unknown to us as to why things happen the way they do, but I believe God had a plan and Tahnee’s work on earth was finished. We will see her once again in heaven when our work is finished, but for now we remember her with happy memories.
Know you are always in my thoughts and prayers. I love you all!

Anita, Rob, Michael, Omi, and family: Words cannot express the sorrow I feel for you at this time. It breaks my heart not to be able to be with you at this time, but know that I am there in my thoughts and prayers. Tahnee was a person that was so full of life and I will always remember her as a person full of vitality and kindness. She was a person after my own heart, a true animal lover. She has a special place reserved for her for all of her generosity.

When life is taken by tragedy, we question, but it makes us stop and listen and evaluate. If we listen closely we can hear God and hear Tahnee. We can hear a positive message, a guiding message, words to live by, helping us to live better lives. Tahnee would want all of us to live a better life, human or animal. She made that happen here and she continues to do that in heaven. The people who know her or know of her will be touched by her in some way, count this in your many blessings.
All our love and thoughts, Jill, Jay, Ian, and Kaylan

Dear Anita, Rob, Michael and all of Tahnee’s family,
Please accept our deepest sympathies for your loss. Our love and prayers are with you all now and always. We didn’t know Tahnee, but what I have learned in the last few days is that she was loved by so many! I can see she was a special, wonderful person who truly left her mark her in this world. In these trying times, I always ask myself what have I learned for this? I think there is something we must learn from every situation, both good and painful. Her passing has made me pull my own family a little bit closer. I am reminded that life can be swift and short, yet fragile. It has reminded me to make the most of every day and not to leave precious words left unsaid. For all of this, I thank Tahnee. Even in her passing, she touched a complete stranger. In her honor, I am making a commitment to be more charitable to all of the animals around us that are in need. There are many of us that will continue to carry that torch for her. God Bless Tahnee and her family and friends. With much love~

Tahnee has been welcomed at the pearly gates by loved ones that have gone before her. She is walking streets of gold and is in the awesome presence of God. She has earned her wings and has been blessed
with a halo to rejoice in living the ultimate afterlife. The bible says there is no concept of time in heaven and there is complete and fulfilling Love. Tahnee will be at the gate to welcome her loved ones and it will be as if only a moment of time has lapsed. What an awesome, wonderful and magnificent gift God has given us to look forward to….

IF TOMORROW STARTS WITHOUT ME.
If tomorrow starts without me,
And I’m not there to see,
If the sun should rise and find your eyes
all filled with tears for me;
I wish so much you wouldn’t cry
the way you did today,
While thinking of the many things,
We didn’t get to say.
I know how much you love me,
As much as I love you,
And each time that you think of me,
I know you’ll miss me too;
But when tomorrow starts without me,
Please try to understand,
that an angel came and called my name,
And took me by the hand,
And said my place was ready,
In heaven far above,
And that I’d have to leave behind
all those I dearly love.
But as I turned to walk away,
A tear fell from my eye,
For all my life, I’d always thought,
I didn’t want to die.
I had so much to live for,
So much left yet to do,
it seemed almost impossible,
that I was leaving you.
I thought of all the yesterdays,
The good ones and the bad,
I thought of all that we shared,
And all the fun we had.
If I could relive yesterday,
Just even for a while,
I’d say good-bye and kiss you
and maybe see you smile.
But then I fully realized,
That this could never be,
For emptiness and memories,
would take the place of me.
And when I thought of worldly things,
I might miss some tomorrow,
I thought of you, and when I did,
My heart was filled with sorrow.
But when I walked through heaven’s gates,
I felt so much at home.
When God looked down and smiled at me,
>From His great golden throne,
He said, ‘This is eternity,
And all I’ve promised you.’
Today your life on earth is past,
but here life starts anew.
I promise no tomorrow,
But today will always last,
and since each day is the same way,
There’s no longing for the past.
So when tomorrow starts without me,
don’t think we’re far apart,
For every time you think of me,
I’m right here, in your heart
God Bless You and Your Family.

To Anna, Anita, Rob, Michael and all of Tahnee’s family:
To lose such a beautiful young person is a tragedy. Tommy Lasorda, a famous baseball coach, relayed this message on Larry King regarding his coping with the premature death of his young son:
“If God had spoken to me and said ‘I will give you a son and he will be the best son anyone could wish for. The catch is…you can only have him for 26 years.’ Would you take him?”
“You bet I would” he said…”And I did and I thank God for having had him in my life.”
May all the happy memories of Tahnee make you smile often.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all….
