Words can not express the sorrow I feel on the untimely death of such a young and beautiful girl with so much to offer in life. With such a tragedy we often ask the Lord why her but we do not always know the answer we just have to pray for her soul and for those left behind that they have the strength to remember her as she was and treasuer the memories for a lifetime. Much love to Peter and Tanya and all the other family members and friends that mourn her loss. Much Loss Tania Alexander-Musson.

Peter, Denise & Tatiana’s entire family,

I worked at the airport with Independence Air and my daughter and Tatiana were the same year at UF. Denise & I used to talk about the girls and they met at UF via our conversations. Katie called at midnight with the news. I am so sorry. My heart hurts over this. I am praying that God will give you the hope and direction you need to get through this tough time.

My thoughts go out to the family of Tatiana. I never met her, but as a UF alumnus, I know that journey from S. Florida to Gainesville very well and also dealt with the loss of 3 members of our Caribbean student community while a student there…. I have never forgotten them. As a member of the South Florida family my prayers are with the family of Tatiana. I am sure the community will come together to create something special to honor her memory.

I find myself questioning everything that defines life and what it is to be shrouded pre-destined ideals. Tatiana was luminescent in that she guided herself in thought without bais and urged those around her to succeed according to their own standards. Although she departed on the quest for life’s apex she has enligtened us follow our own ambitions and to embrace everything we are as well as everything we are not. Tati was an incredible role model and it was a blessing to have her in my life.

Don’t think of her as gone away

Her journey’s just begun

Life holds so many facets

This earth is only one

Just think of her as resting

from the sorrows and the tears

In a place of warmth and comfort

where there are no days and years

Think how she must be wishing

that we could know today

how nothing but our sadness

can really pass away

And think of her as living

in the hearts of those she touched

For nothing loved is ever lost

and she was loved so much

May GOD give you the strength HE has given us, to go through the thing we feared the most that has come come apon us.

Today is a month that Tati was taken to become an angel for the Lord. It was ironic that this a.m., I heard the song “I’m your angel” and immediately thought of her. It is still so hard for me because she and Alina spent so much time together that she was like our other daughter and our love for her still resides in our hearts now and forever! I know that we will see her again in heaven and that she’ll live on in our memories. She made a powerfull impact on our lives because of her beautiful and wonderful family whom we will always love as well. You did an incredible job raising her. We will be there for you if you ever need us!!
