Terrence “Terry” Nathan Sam, age 68, a long time resident of Cooper City, passed away Sunday, September 9, 2018. Terry was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida, one of four children born to the late George and Katherine Sam. He is survived by his beloved wife, Denise C. Sam; step-sons, Joseph (Bobbi) Mallia and Sean Mallia; sisters, Kathy (Drew) Atria, Darlene (Rick Porter) Sam and Rebecca (Patrick) McCaghren; mother-in-law, Ann Shobe; sisters-in-law, Debra (Timmy Foster) Albanese, Donna (Gee) Rainbow; brother-in-law Curtis (Cindi) Shobe & grandchild, Delanie Mallia; nieces & nephews, Eric (Stacie) Atria, Travis (Kyle Donnelly) Atria, Kyle (Courtney Weldon) McCaghren, Roxanne Shobe, Brittany Moore, Kirra Rainbow, Mylee Rainbow, Jaden Rainbow, Chad Shobe and Cyle Shobe ; A gathering of family and friends will take place on Friday, September 14th, from 4:00-6:00 PM  with a Tribute of a Lifetime Service at 5:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel. In lieu of flowers, family would like for donations to be made in Terrys’ memory to the animal rescue organization of your choice.
