Thomas B. Waite age 91 of Miramar, Florida, passed away May 16, 2022. He was born in Belize City, Belize on April 21, 1931 to the late Thomas and Adeline Waite.

He was preceded in death by his son, Thomas Waite, Jr.; 2 great-grandchildren; 5 brothers and 5 sisters.

Thomas is survived by his wife of 33 years, Olive Waite; children: Sharon Neal and her husband, Hubert,  Ingrid Reyes and her husband, Elmo, Jacqueline Mosley and her husband, Steve and Seymour Waite and his wife, Sherry; step-children: Lynse Ingrid Sutter Young and her husband, Hans and Joel Young; sisters: Joan Alice Waite and Nadia Waite; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and a host of: nieces, nephews and a loving, extended family.

Memorial Gathering to be held on Sunday, June 5, 2022 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM with Funeral Services and Tributes of a Lifetime at 1:30 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 1600 N. University Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.

I was saddened when I heard of Barney’s passing. I had the pleasure of being in his and Olive’s home many times. A kind gentleman indeed.

Aunt Olive, you’re always in my prayers. Barney will surely be missed but rest assured that he’s in a much better place now, no more pain. He’s now in God’s care. We love you always. From Bishop G Raymond Hanlan too.
