Dillon, Thomas P. was born Nov. 4, 1935 in Sharon, PA and died April 11, 2003 at the age of 67. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Patricia Nicastro Dillon, daughters; Lynn Bowden and her husband, Tim, of Shepherdsville, KY, Marcie Snyder and her husband, Don, of Hubbard, OH, his grandchildren, Chris, Maria , Brian, and Cory. He was a member of American Legion Post 304 of Dania, Hollywood Moose Lodge 919, a Lifetime Member of VFW Post 6166 in Hermitage, PA, Voiture 890 of Ft. Lauderdale and the VFW Bowling League. Tom served his country in Korea as a member of the U.S. Marine Corp. In 1998, Tom was District Commander of the American Legion. Before retiring and moving to Florida, he worked for Chadderton Trucking in Sharon, PA for 15 yrs. He was a prominent business owner of an Insurance Agency in Florida. Mr. Dillon was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas J. & June Ramsey Dillon, a brother, John B. Jack Dillon, his son Daniel, a granddaughter, Jen, and his niece, Donna. Friends and family may call Saturday, April 19 at 2 PM at Brad McGonigle’s Funeral Home with a service at 3 PM. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
