Moore, Timothy Dean, 45, of Miramar died 1/22/04 as a result of an automobile accident. He was proceded in death by his Mother, Delta Jonascik, Brother, Daniel and Grandfather Leslie. He is survived by his father Harold, Stepmother Marion, Stepfather Johnny Jonascik, Brother William, Stepbrothers Chris, Kevin and Douglas Burke, Sister Teri Morgan, Stepsister Kim Perez, Uncle James Martha, two Nephews, two Nieces, one Great nephew and several cousins. Cremation scheduled. Memorial service to follow at a later date. Family request in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to your favorite charity in memory of Tim.
