Winsome Elizabeth Roberts, age 66 of Miramar, Florida passed away on August 17, 2020. She was born in Manchester, Jamaica on October 8, 1953.

She was preceded in death by her father: Alva George Wilson; mother: Gwendoline Thomas and brother: Albert Lake.

Her family will remember her dearly and will certainly miss her daily presence. She would always stay in touch with all of them. Winsome loved helping others, this is why she managed a group home, it gave her the opportunity to live out her passion. Winsome loved to dance, travel, and can’t forget her gardening. She was truly a great human being.

Winsome is survived by her husband: Larry Roberts; son: Larry J. Roberts; sisters: Marcia Atkins, Beverly Wilson and Pamela Lewis; brothers: Alfred Wilson and Walter Wilson and granddaughter: Brooklyn.

Visitation to be held on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Boyd-Panciera,  University Drive Chapel from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

Funeral Service to be held on Friday, August 28, 2020 at Boyd-Panciera, University Drive Chapel at 12:00 PM, followed by burial at Hollywood Memorial Gardens North, 3001 N. 72nd Avenue, Hollywood, Florida 33024.
