Cabral, Abel, 43, of North Miami Beach, passed away on Friday, May 18, 2012. He is survived by his son, Lucas Cabral; parents, Caonabo & Eugenia Cabral; sister, Elizabeth Riley; brother, David Cabral and former wife, Maria. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 25, 2012, from 4-6 PM with a Funeral Service at 5:00 PM, at Boyd-Panciera Hollywood Boulevard Chapel.

Abel was my first friend when I started in the PICU back in 1997. He made my time there at Joey D tolerable and made life easy.He could make me laugh and brought sunshine to what could be a very gloomy/depressing place.He will always be in my heart and memories. I am truly sadden by this news and send my deepest condolences to his family. May GOD give your entire family peace&comfort that surpasses all understanding in the way HE did to me when I lost my momma in February. I will pray that my Momma will look after Abel in heaven.
