Alexander Prusak, age 83, of Davie, Florida, passed away July 20, 2021. He was born on May 1, 1938 in Vilna, Lithuania.
He is survived by his daughter: Angela M. Meredith; son: Jeff A. Levin; granddaughters: Vanessa Levin and Aria Sima Meredith and brother: Michael (Linda) Prusak.

I am so very sorry to hear of Alex’s passing. I have known him my whole life. Alex and my father Stephen met when they were in their 20’s. I always enjoyed spending time with him when I’d visit my mother in Davie. My deepest condolences to the family.
