Chmielorz, Alice M., 99, of Hollywood, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2012. She is survived by her daughter, Janet M. James Cavallaro; and numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2012, from 11 AM – 1 PM, at Boyd-Panciera Hollywood Boulevard Chapel. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, February 7, 2012, 1:30 PM, at Nativity Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
