Lopez Alvarez, Alina Maria, age 67, a loving mother and grandmother, of Coral Springs, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, after a courageous battle with multiple sclerosis. She was born on November of 1950, in Camaguey, Cuba, the daughter of the late Valentin Lopez Flora Maria Alvarez Castineiras. After graduating high school, Alina attended university to continue her education. She received a Doctorate degree in Dentistry and practiced as an Orthodontist. She is survived by her loving daughter, Alina Gonzalez Lopez; son, Valentin Gonzalez Lopez; and grandsons, Marc Alexandro Diaz Gonzalez and Miguel Angel Gonzalez Ocano.
