Anna Mae Fitch, age 89 passed away on July 14th 2018, at her home in Pembroke Pines, Florida surrounded by her loving family. She was born and raised in Denver, Colorado until she moved to South Florida in 1956 where she raised her family and worked at the university of Miami school of Medicine from 1968 until she retired in 1997.
Anna Mae is preceded in death by her parents Charles Joseph Smith and Gunhild Sands, her brother Charles Andrew (Bud) Smith, sister Elson Marie Smith, and her grandson Ian Orange.
Family was Anna Mae’s greatest joy and she leaves behind her three daughters Pamela Orange, Kathie Anderson, and Leann Hellender along with 9 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
There will be a Celebration of Life Service held at Calvary Lighthouse United on Saturday, August 25th at 11:00 A.M. In leu of flowers donations can be made to Sheridan House Ministries for Single Moms. Arrangements by Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel.

I am so sorry for your loss. I loved Anna Mae – she was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever known. She will be dearly missed. May she rest peacefully with her Lord and Savior!
