Tony, there is a lifetime of memories, too many to list here. I remember you taking me to school at St Bernadette on your way to work, you chasing me with your tongue doubled b/c you were so pissed at me. I am so proud of all that you have accomplished and the obstacles you overcame in your life. I love you and you will be forever in my heart.

Tony you may be gone but not forgotten. Your humor, generosity, friendship and above all kindness will stay in my heart. Many people walk in our lives. Some for a long time and others briefly. You are one of the very few who left their mark with everyone that crossed your path. Thank you for coming into my life. You will always hold a special part of my heart. MY MEMORY ALWAYS CENTERS ON CHRISTMAS. I WOULD COME OVER WITH UNCLE KENNY AND THE PATREGNANI/CECCUCCI CLAN WOULD BE THERE. TONY AND BARBARA, FOOD EVERYWHERE, FAMILY AND FRIENDS LAUGHING AND PLAYING CARDS OR GAMES…AND IF YOU WERE NOT IN THE GAME YOU HUNG OFF TO THE SIDE BECAUSE YOU KNEW YOU DID NOT WANT TO MISS A MOMENT OF THE GOSSIP AND THE FAMILY TRYING TO ONE UP THEMSELVES.
I GOT TO WATCH THE KIDS GROW UP AROUND THAT TABLE. ANTHONY, TONY, AND TINA. THE LOVE WAS ALL AROUND THEM. THE LAUGHTER WAS ALL AROUND THEM. PARENTS THAT ADORED THEM. UNCLES AND AUNTS THAT BASKED IN THE GLOW OF THE JOY THEY EXUDED UNAWARE OF THE PRIDE AND JOY THEY ELICITED IN THEIR HEARTS…WHICH IS AS IT SHOULD BE I GUESS…
I REMEMBER THE KINDNESS AND THE INCLUSIVENESS THAT ENVELOPED ME WHENEVER I CAME TO THAT HOME. I ESPECIALLY REMEMBER THE HUGS THAT GREETED ME…TONYS’ BEING THE STONGEST! HIS LAUGHTER WILL RING IN MY EARS FOR A LIFETIME AS IT CAME FROM HIS SOUL AND A HEART THAT KNEW NO BOUNDS.
