Alvarez, Argentina, a loving mother, sister and grandmother, of New York, NY, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 15, 2015, in Hialeah, FL, after 95 wonderful years of life. Argentina was born on January 14, 1920, in Moca, Dominican Republic, to the late Raphael De La Maza and Aura De La Maza nee Lara. She will be fondly remembered by her son, Adrian Alvarez; brother, Raphael De La Maza; sister, Connie Williams; and grandchildren, Jennifer Alvarez and Andy Alvarez.
