RIVERA, Beatriz, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, of Pembroke Pines, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, September 15, 2015, at the age of 80. She was born on April 2, 1935, in her native Ponce, PR, to the late Benito Torres and Elena Fernandez. She served in the Hospitality Industry as a Manager for many years, it was a career she loved. Beatriz will always be remembered by her devoted husband of 30 years, Angel Balzaga; her beloved sons, Anthony Rivera, Edward Margarita Rivera, Victor Elisbel Rivera; her loving grandchildren, Mariah & Victor Rivera; and brothers, Ray Fernandez & Hector Ada Resto. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18, 2015, from 5-10 p.m. with a Religious Service at 8:00 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel.
