Betty D. Werner, 81, born on April 11, 1937, in Lenoir, North Carolina, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on June 8, 2018, in Plantation, Florida.

She was the daughter of the late Shelton and Margaret Shoemaker. Betty married the love of her life, Howard, they had three children, Kim, Monty and Sandi, together they raised a lovely family. Betty was loving, caring, a great woman and fantastic mother and grandmother. She will be missed deeply by all who knew her.

Pre-deceased by her husband, Howard Werner. Survived by her loving children, Kim (Jim) LaRosa, Monthy (Alejandra) Werner, Sandi (Joe) DiGiaimo; and the light of her eyes, her three grandchildren. 

A tribute to Betty’s life will take place on Friday, June 15th starting at 7:00 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel.
