Dear Kathy, Mary, Maureen and Andrew, As 2018 comes to a close and we think about all of the gifts we’ve received and the lights we have lost, I wanted to extend my deepest sympathies for the loss of your father. Uncle Carlos was the only uncle that was in my life for an extensive period of time. He was kind, funny and loved all of you and your children so very much. May all of your wonderful memories of him give you comfort. Loretta Mc Laughlin Vignier
