Carol G. Genovese, born on June 9, 1927, in Newark, New Jersey, passed away February 16, 2019, in Hollywood, Florida, at the age of 91.
She is pre-deceased by her parents, Samuel and Emily Scalamoni and her husband, Thomas J. Genovese.
Carol is survived by her loving children, Thomas J. Genovese, Jr. and his wife Corinne, Marie E. Hughes, Emil S. Genovese, Samuel E. Genovese and his wife Elaine, Sheryl A. Genovese, Jeanne M. Olkinitsky and her husband Jonathon. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 18th, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. with Tribute of a Lifetime Service at 7:00 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, February 19th, 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Cemetery (north).

Dear Family, We are so very sorry for your loss. Cannot even imagine losing your Mother. Our hearts ache for you. The beautiful video made me so sad and all the precious memories in it made me cry for the void you will feel in your hearts. Just doesn’t seem fair to lose people we love so very much.
