Baxter, Christine Olivia, 59, of Miami passed away Wednesday, March 24. She is survived by 3 children; Tracy Grant, Damian Haye, Sadik Baxter, 2 brothers, Elroy Billings, Paul Billings, 2 sisters, Berolyn Oakley, Lorraine Kirlew, and 3 grandchildren. Friends may visit from 1-3, with a Funeral Service at 2:00 PM, Saturday at Boyd-Panciera University Dr. Chapel.
