PETITO, Colleen Joan, 81, of Pembroke Pines, passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at Memorial Regional Hospital. Pre-deceased by her husband, Guy Petito. Survived by her loving children, Guy Petito, Jr and his wife, Valerie, Toni Hammock, Joni Hammock Turner, Jack Hammock and Anthony Petito and his wife, Nancy; sisters, Rene Farr, Tessa English; grandchildren, Anna, Jade, Nicholas, Dawn, Shawn, Jeremy, Autumn, Jaxson; and great-grandchildren, Anthony, Markus, Jaliyah, Charley. Haley, Mackenzie and Avery. We will be honoring Colleen’s life on Saturday, January 6, 2018, from 2-4 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel. A Tribute to her life will begin at 3:00 PM. I never met my Aunty Colleen. My mother, Tessa English, like her older sister emigrated to another part of the world from England and we all grew up in Australia. Despite this I have always felt such a close bond to my extended family and am deeply saddened by the passing of my Aunt. I send kind thoughts, peace and love to my cousins and their families and hope that treasured memories of my Aunt give comfort to ease your grief. My mother Tessa does not have access to internet so I will pass her condolences to Aunty Colleen’s family on the passing of her sister Colleen. I know she has been deeply moved by her loss.
