Loss is never welcomed or convenient. The time of grief is lonesome, stressful and awkward. You feel betrayed, confused and as if someone hit you in the stomach. You need great patience with your slow healing heart. You are angry one moment and sad the next moment. May the Lord show you His tender mercies, strength and peace in the days ahead. May He surround you with the love and comfort of family and friends.

Diamond had the capacity to love unconditionally and she really cared about people. I had the opportunity of knowing Diamond through my good friend Diane who was Diamonds nurse for a couple of years. On the days Diane worked she used to bring Diamond to her home. When I would come home from work no matter how tired or worn out I was Diamond was always a bright spot. I would sit on the couch and she would come and sit on my lap and I would just hold her and hug her. Then she would get up and maybe sing a song or dance. I remember a wonderful time we all had up at the pool for Diamonds birthday. Diamond loved to swim. The other day when I was crying and so upset about Diamond dying I prayed that the Lord would give me a sign that she was ok. My Lord answered that prayer and showed me Diamond dancing in heaven with Jesus. Thank you Diamond for loving me – I love you honey very much and have many treasured memories.

Pam, always remember that your angel Diamond will forever be with you. As the the sun shines, you’ll feel the warmth of her spirit, when the wind blows she’s whispering “I love you”. As you hear a favorite song, she’ll lovingly remind you to sing, dance and remember the joy that she brought to all of your lives. My prayers are with you and your family. May you find comfort in the Lord who gives us peace which surpasses all understanding. God bless. Oneika

Bless her little heart. Sleep, slumber & rest little one for we will see you when the morning comes, but until then, you go and play in the lilies of the valley and hide behind that mountain where the chilly winds don’t blow for there is another page turned, another chapter completed, your little life was short lived but now a rest well earned, Until then!
Our prayers are with you all.

To Diamond Leath’s Mother,
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the most incredible mother a Princess could have. No words could ever express or soothes the pain & emptiness left in your heart. I will not try and find phrases or quotes you may not want to hear right now, but I will say that Diamond knew how special she was & how much you loved her. The smile that covered her face when you walked in a room or just her thoughts of you displayed how she felt about you. You made sure she had EVERYTHING her little heart could possibly desire and that ALL of her wonderful nurses over the years did their jobs accurately. If half of us could be as dedicated to anyone the way you were to Diamy we would be labeled Gems as well. So I say sleep in peace to my Priceless Diamond in the Rough! Auntie Loves you.

Pam & Family,
Thinking of you and praying for you. We only met Diamond a few times but followed her progress through the years through her nurse, Diane, and friend Lisa Brown. We have prayed for Diamond many times through the years. Since our son, Matthew, also has a similar brain tumor we could really relate to what you and she were going through. She is in the loving arms of Jesus now and happier than she has ever been. May God comfort and bless you.
