Riggs, Earl J., 81, of North Bay Village, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2013. He is survived by his loving wife, Lovenda Riggs and his brother, Gerald Riggs. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, from 10-11:30 a.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Douglas Road Chapel. Funeral Mass will start at 12:00 p.m. at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Cemetery north.
