Forrest, Edward Wayne, 79, of Hollywood, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on Wednesday, April 11, 2018. He was born on August 14, 1938, in Bloomington, Illinois. Edward enlisted in the Armed Forces and proudly served this country as a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy, until his honorable discharge in November of 1977. He is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia A. Forrest; daughter, Jessica VonBehren and her husband Eric; Paul Taylor; grandchildren, Keith, Kurt, Luke, Elizabeth, Koby, Alexis and Brittany; and great-grandchildren, Kayden, Kolton and Ellie. Memorial Service will take place on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, 2:00 PM at Sheridan Hills Baptist Church. Arrangements entrusted to Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel.
