Elvera Mulkey, 83, of Ft. Lauderdale, passed away Sunday, October 30, 2016. She was born on January 15, 1933, in Niagara Falls, New York to the late Guy Sepielli and Emma Maranto Sepielli. She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Gomez; son, James Mulkey; grandson, James Mulkey, Jr; granddaughters, Sabrina Martinez, Tanya Mulkey, and Martica Argueta; and great-grandchildren, Gianna, Carter, and Isabella. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 4, 2016, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. with a Tributes of a Lifetime Service at 12:00 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel. Burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
