Ernesto Santoni, 80, of Hollywood, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, August 11, 2016. He was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, to the late Ernesto Santoni and Delza Messina. A retired US Army veteran who proudly served between 1969-1991, and later continued his career as a surgeon. He is survived by his beloved wife, Olga Santoni; his loving daughters, Laura Santoni-Pichardo and her husband, Gregory, Aida Santoni, Claudia Franklin and her husband, Gregg. Also survived by her pride and enjoy, 3 grandchildren. A memorial service will take place on Thursday, August 18, 2016, from 4-5 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel. Committal Service with military honors will be on Friday, August 19, 11:00 a.m. at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL.
