Noguera, Felipe Carl, 81, of Pembroke Pines, passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Millicent Noguera; children, Felipe Elizabeth Noguera, Pedro Allyson Noguera, Ramona Donald Noguera, Ricardo Melesa Noguera, Aurora Boodear Noguera-Ramkissoon, and David Lisa Noguera; sister, Dolores Noel Lazarus; 20 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2011, from 2-5 Pm with a Tributes of a Lifetime Service at 3:30 Pm, at Boyd-Panciera Hollywood Boulevard Chapel.
