Deepest sympathy to all the family. Mr. Pace was the chef at Prospect Hall College when I attended from 1979 to 1981. He was a great cook and such a great person. I loved his pizza and chef salads. His daughter, Louise was my room-mate & we became good friends. I know he will be greatly missed by his wonderful family. May he rest in peace.
