Horowitz, Florence, 90, of Cooper City passed away Friday, February 13, 2009 She is survived by son, Dr. Sam M. and Judy Horowitz; daughter, Julia Beth and Frank Herbert; brothers Shelly Hershman, Ira Hershman; Grandsons, Zachary and Gideon Horowitz; Granddaughter, Tracy Duchesneau; Great Granddaughter, Jazmyn Horowitz. Florence was preceded in death by her husband Harry.
