Francis Henry Keegan, Jr. was born in Greenwich, CT January 3, 1937 and entered into eternal rest on January 27, 2016. He was one of five children born to Alice M. (McCourt) and Francis H. Keegan, Sr. Frank was a proud husband, father and Marine. He retired as Director of Parks and Recreation from the Town of Greenwich and moved to Florida with his wife Marie. Frank was predeceased by his son Kenneth P. Keegan and brothers James and Paul Keegan. Frank is survived by his loving wife Marie L. (Bologna) Keegan of Florida, daughter Kimberly A. (Keegan) Cassia of Monroe, CT, sister Marion (Keegan) Neal of Greenwich, CT, brother Thomas G. Keegan of Murrils Inlet, SC and many nieces and nephews. Inurnment at South Florida National Cemetery will take place on Friday, February 12, 9:30 AM followed by a Memorial Mass at 11 AM at The Church of the Little Flower, Hollywood. A memorial service will be held in Greenwich, CT – date, time and location to be announced.
