I have fond memories of Frank and the times he visited The Bay Club on the Ohio River and all the fun times at parties at Frank’s home in Louisville. He will be missed.

I am so saddened to hear of your passing, Frank. You were a friend of mine 22 years ago and even though I had not seen you in decades, I often thought of you and wondered how you were doing.
You were a very supportive friend and you had a positive impact on my life. You were always supportive of me and you had more faith in me than I had in myself.
Thank you for the wonderful times and memories. The world has lost a wonderful person in you.
RIP, my dear old friend.
With much love,
Sherry M Wilson
