Georgina Mestre, 96, of Davie, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, March 1, 2016. She was born on April 23, 1919, in Barranquilla, Colombia. Pre-deceased by her parents, Manuel Eugenio Perez and Clemencia (Utria) Perez. Survived by sons, Jorge Mestre and Cesar (Linda) Mestre; daughters, Maria Mestre and Melba Escovar; 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2016, from 6-8 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 7:00p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel.
