Gerard Romuald Lively, 88, of Oakland Park, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016. He was born on July 10, 1928, in Readsboro, Vermont, to the late Rudolph Alfonse Lively and Maria Bertha Chaquette. A proud US Army and US Navy veteran.
