Harold Eldon Stairs, Jr. age 83, of Plantation, Florida, passed away at his residence in the presence of his family on March 30, 2021. He was born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania on February 22, 1938.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Harold Eldon Stairs, Sr. and Sara Stairs and brother: Vernon Stairs.
Harold is survived by his wife of 63 years: Coraleen V. Stairs; his children: Richard H. (Stephanie) Stairs, Tamara (James) Fitzgerald and Michael Eldon (Sharon) Stairs; brother: Terry (Linda) Stairs; sister: Esther (Alan) Berger; 9 grandchildren and 4.5 great-grandchildren.
Urn Committal to take place at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, Florida on Monday, May 24, 2021 at 10:00 AM with honors being rendered by US Air Force. Please meet his family in Lane#5 at the cemetery.

Rest in Peace Harold.
We miss you dearly.
Our condolences to Corky and all of the Stairs family and friends. This is a very sad time in our lives.
Harold and I met in 1972, while working at the Miami Branch office of Sperry (later to become Unisys).
We worked together providing technical support to the Sales staff and to customer sites for many years.
He later went to work for Racal-Milgo (one of our customer sites).
We have been friends for 49 years.
