Harold Woods, 62, passed away in Pembroke Pines, Florida on June 13, 2019. A native Floridian, Harold was born on December 3, 1956 in Miami, to Grace and Harold Woods. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife of 43 years, Regina, daughter Dawn, grandson John Stewart, sisters Harriet Mooney (Ken), Theresa Morgan, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and extended family.
Harold graduated from Monsignor Edward Pace High School and began a career in metal working becoming Owner President of South Florida Metal Installers. An avid golfer, Harold played frequently at Country Club of Miami and was a car enthusiast, working on the restoration of a 1970 Chevy Chevelle with his grandson, John. He played Baseball with the Men’s Adult Softball Team which was sponsored all the way to the Nationals. He loved his family dearly and was a good and loyal friend, always to be counted on if help was needed. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
