Ortiz, Hector A., 93, a resident of Southwest Ranches, formerly of Havana, Cuba, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, in his residence. He was the son of the late Elio and Estrella Ortiz. Survived by his sons, David Ortiz and his wife, Nancy and Vincent Hector Ortiz. Memorial Mass will be celebrated in Hector’s memory on Wednesday, April 2nd, 7:45 p.m. at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 600 Lenox Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139.
