Schmitz, Helene, 85, of Hollywood, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 20, 2014. She was born on September 25, 1929, in Cologne, Germany, to the late John Schwarz and Elizabeth Schaffer. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kurt Schmitz. Survived by her daughter, Heidi Schmitz and son, Kurt Peter Schmitz.
