ASKARI, Hina, a long time resident of Cooper City, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 17, 2015, at the young age of 47. Hina was born on March 24, 1968, in Karachi, Pakistan. She came to the US at every young age and worked hard to obtain her Juris Doctorate Degree and achieved her dream of becoming a successful Immigration Attorney.

Her memory will always be cherished by her beloved husband, Robert DePathy; her loving son, Christopher Askari-DePathy; and a host of friends. A Celebration of Hina’s Life will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2015, 3:00 PM at the Convocation Center at Nova Southeastern University, 3375 SW 75 Avenue, Davie, FL 33314. In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations be made in her honor to PFLAG, https://community.pflag.org/donate. Hina will always be remembered by all who knew her for her sense of righteousness and her strong but sweet character.
