Katchmere, Ian P., 28, of Hollywood passed away Friday, September 19. He is survived by 1 brother, Brett Katchmere, Grandmother, Vera Herring, 1 Uncle, Donald Katchmere, and 1 Aunt, Connie Taylor. Friends may visit from 6-8 PM, Monday at Boyd’s University Dr. Chapel. There will be a Tributes of a Lifetime 7:00 PM, Monday at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be 7:00 PM, Monday, Sep. 22, at Boyd’s University Dr. Chapel.

To Paul and Vicki and Brett: Our thoughts are with you and we know that it was much too soon to say good-bye. Our prayers are with you and with Ian’s immortal soul as he waits where there is no struggle or pain, but only unlimited love enfolding him, for that day when we too will walk the same path to be together again. We love you and hold you close; we would be with you if we could, but illness limits us, so our words will have to do instead.

I am so shocked & stunned by this news. I was very close to Ian in college and lost contact with him after I returned to NY. How did he pass?
