Jack N. Theodore, a long time resident of Hollywood, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at the age of 75. Jack was born on July 19, 1940, in Wilmington, North Carolina. He was the son of the late John Theodore and Bertha Walton. He is survived by his son, Mark Theodore and daughter, Sunday Theodore. Arrangements entrusted to Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel.

were you the lifeguard the had a secret that nobody else knew but me !
Your secret might have died with you but now you are meeting G-D and
he will judge you and it’s no longer a secret I need to keep anymore !
