James F. Cook, 76, a long time resident of Tamarac, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 26, 2015. He was born on April 5, 1939, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Chandler Cook and Helen (Dawson) Cook. He was a proud US Air Force veteran. He is survived by his dear friend, Michael Snedeker.
