Welker, James Ray, 72, of Hollywood, passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2013. He is survived by his loving siblings, Eloise Guthrie, Clarice Ann Lawson, Howard Welker, Jr., Billie Jo Welker, Jerry Welker, Betty Cummings and Ronald Welker.
