JACQUES, Jeffrey Robert, 50, a devoted husband, father and brother, of Hollywood, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, April 11, 2015. Preceded in death by mother Patricia Jacques, brother, Moose Jacques and sister, Laurie Jacques. Survived by his loving wife, Leslie Lynn Jacques; father Big Red, sons, Charles Jacques, Robert Jacques; daughters, Alicia Jacques, Jennifer Jacques; and brother, Timothy Jacques. A memorial gathering will take place on Tuesday, April 14, 2015, starting at 6:00 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel.
