Joan B. Morrow, age 89, a long time resident of Cooper City, passed away Monday, September 24, 2018. She was born on May of 1929, in Montreal, Canada, to the late Charles Siebert and Bernice Milhausen. Joan married the love of her life, James and together raised their two daughters, Judith and Janice. They would have celebrated 69 years of marriage this November.  Among many other good traits, Joan was a beautiful soul she would do anything for anyone never expecting anything in return. Her family will miss her deeply. Her memory will always be cherished by her beloved husband, James R. Morrow; daughters, Judith Fraser and Janice (Robert) Sweeney; the light of her eyes her grandchildren, Scott, Heather, Allison, Katherine and Matthew; and great-grandchildren, Sydney, Brooke and Taeson.
